Location	Marlborough, Wiltshire
Indicative Salary	Up to £32,000 linked to experience
Qualifications	Working towards Level 4 recognised UK qualification
Experience	We would anticipate that the person applying will be seeking to improve their future career prospects and already be involved in financial services
Description	The role of an investment paraplanner is an important one within Aisa. We have over 200 clients with substantial assets under management and they require an ongoing service including the use of Monte Carlo type projections and probability calculations to ensure they understand how they may or may not achieve their individual goals. As an Investment paraplanner you will report to the Financial Planners, liaising with them, and calculate investment profiles and risk assessments in order to provide this service to the clients who you will also be responsible for liaising with utilising email, Skype and telephone.

Qualifications	Qualified in the country that business is conducted and Past qualifications in the UK up to at least level 3 or Qualified in the USA to at least series 65
Experience	Involved in financial services already with an existing client bank
Description	You are seeking a company to work with that will assist you with your existing client bank through connections to the regulatory markets in the UK and USA. Historically you may have only worked on a commission basis, or indeed taken agreed fees, and you know want to move across to a business model that allows for only fees and ongoing service is paramount to you for your clients.

Job Title	Operations Director
Location	EU
Indicative Salary	Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Qualifications	No minimum required although a financial services or accounting qualification could assist
Experience	Involved in working with a team with geographical spread
Description	A motivator and good team player, you will like travelling and meeting new people. You must be able to sell yourself and a concept. You will have targets to be achieved and whilst working in a team, you must have the ability to achieve your own results and targets without assistance. The person who takes this role will be an achiever and have a positive outlook and be prepared for the occasional set back. Demonstration of past experience will be critical.
